I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH
TIME
"Have you ever heard yourself saying I don't have enough time?"

Whether its turning down something someone is asking you to do, it's in response to looking at your to do list, or it's something you say over and over in your head, do you find yourself using this phrase often? I used to say this phrase, and I still do sometimes. However, if you really take an inventory of your time, is the statement true? Sometimes, yes it can be. However, most of the time it is not.
"What do I mean? Well if you were to write down what you do every day, do you think you could find more time?"
...when I first started exploring this I started looking at my screen time on my phone. Holy cow, I was spending 5-6 hours a day on my phone. Granted some of that was for work, some was using my calendar or texting, but a lot of time was spent on social media and time wasters. I had the time, I just used it for other things and didn't even realize what I was choosing by doing this. By saying yes to social media and time wasting apps on my phone, I was saying no to other more important things. I'm not saying there isn't a time and place for social media or other apps on your phone. What I am saying is, before saying "I don't have time", the next time an opportunity presents itself make sure you are actively choosing how to spend your time and look at which one is more of a priority for you.
